Great shell. Nice cut.
I checked out a half-dozen packable shells before getting this one, and it won out, especially for the money. It's got more features and a less papery feel than the North Face Venture (which I also found to be cut a little strangely...), and is 15-20 bucks cheaper than comparable shells from the likes of Mountain Hardwear and Patagonia. I like the design of the pit vents as well. They're net-enclosed and horizontal, rather than vertical. Good coat. It's been good to me on the river and when I travel, especially.
