We use the sun shade to stay dry on rainy days. It comfortably covers a picnic table or six seated people and keeps them dry. It works well even in windy weather. My only complaint is that the poles are hard to slide into the sleeves with cold, wet hands. The wall could use a couple of more attachment locations, but a small stone pressed against the two pieces and a clove hitch knot secures the two pieces at any point.
