Comfortable and styling
I have arthritis in my toes and have had heel spurs. This shoe is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn, let alone run in.

Go with what fits
90% of a good shoe for me is what fits my size 14 A width foot and this shoe does better than most. Shoe did well in an 11k trail race over varied terrain including more than a little mud, shedding the mud reasonably well.
