Good quality. Got what I paid for.
I use this for my canoeing gear that doesn't need to be in a dry bag, and even though it gets some rugged use when I overstuff it I haven't had any quality problems. If I had it to do over I would pay extra money and buy a duffel style mesh bag with a zipper (instead of the drawstring style). It takes some rummaging to retrieve items from the bottom with the drawstring. It's also a little harder to carry back and forth from the car to the canoe.
