handle issues
This bag seems well made, except for the pull handle. I had to return mine because when you push the button on the handle, the pegs halfway down wouldn't return to the original position unless you used your other hand to help them out. So it took two hands to push the handle back down. Altrec was going to send me another, but they checked out the other one they had in stock and told me it had the same problem, so they gave me my money back. I have had high quality stuff from Osprey in the past, but not this time. Altrec was good to work with though.
