The Outdoor Research Men's Transcendent Sweater is a great "sweater". It is very light and I use it as a sweater in my office rather than a cotton or wool sweater. It is also a great base layer for cold hikes. The sweater is very well made.

Fantastic Down Sweater
Great trim fitting down sweater, built for layering in those cold days, or stuffing away in your pack when you need it. Does stuff down into one of the pockets which is nice so I don't have to keep track of a stuff sack. Great simple down sweater that keeps me warm in town and on the mountain, good deal for the price.
