Salomon Rocks!
This is my second pair of salomon trail running shoes after the xa pro 3d xcr. The first pair lasted me almost three years and this one is doing great so far (had it over 3 months and no complaints). Love the waterproof aspect (which makes it a tad heavier on the minus side) and use it around town in the winter asides from on the trail. Great cushioning and stability. Typically have to get a 1/2 size larger than I do on regular sneakers. My last pair wore out on the soles and the flex point on the upper after 2+ years, but too early to tell on this one.

These are comfortable shoes. They are durable too, this is my second pair. Great for hiking or everyday. Also, they keep your feet dry and look great.

The best
Are you kidding? These are the best trail shoes ever. The only thing that would make them better is if the lacing system would last as long as the rest of the shoe. I always end up knowing when to retire them becuase the laces give up. Oh yeah, & the cost. If Salomon would drop the cost to say...$129, I could justify buying more pairs of them!!!
