Fantastic
Wanted a North Face backpack I could also use as a carry on for my 17 inch laptop. My old North face was too tight for my laptop. The Box shot is perfect!!!!!

Perfect for my 17
I like the tough construction of this pack. The laptop sleeve is well protected, and holds my Dell Inspiron 17 laptop perfectly. My laptop dimensions are 1.5x11x16.5 The straps are comfortable, and it wears well when loaded. The main compartment is roomy, and the others are well thought out. I had originally purchased The North Face Big Shot pack for my laptop, but the computer did not fit in the sleeve. Altrec customer service took the time to work with me over the phone, even to the point of going to their warehouse and physically measuring packs until something stood out as a possible good match. They took the return and sent the Box Shot, which takes the laptop perfectly, as well as the usual carry on items. I find this to be a roomy pack, with more potential uses than simple carry on functions and laptop hauling.

You can not get a better bag then the Box Shot from north face. Half of what i own seems to be north face and this is by far the best backpack i have EVER had. plenty of room for books and other items in main compartment. the laptop compartment is very padded. the 17 inch laptop is a tight squeeze but a PERFECT back pack. worth EVERY CENT!!!!
