Great Jacket, Great Customer Service
After much deliberation from my son, I bought him The North Face's Trilithium Triclimate Jacket. Unfortunately, the first jacket was too large and had to be returned, and the price had increased significantly during this time. Not a problem, Altrec honored the sale price for the smaller jacket and my son received it very quickly. He is very please with his new jacket. Fits well, attractive, and very warm, all around very quality jacket. I am impressed with Altrec and their customer service staff. Quality products sold by good people. I will definitely order from Altrec again and again...Many Thanks Altrec! Keep up the good work!

Looks great, keeps me warm
I ordered this jacket just before going to Calgary - in December - for a work trip. Sure enough, it arrived in time, fit as promised, and kept me warm and dry through - 11 temps and a snowy snowy day. The inner part of the jacket snaps rather than zips into the lining, which means I can wear the inner part alone on warmer days or in my chilly office. I disagree with the person who thought the design is ugly - the black and red are especially cool looking. So if you need a great WARM WINTER COAT, get it!

Great heavy jacket for any cold weather outdoor activities
I not only wear this jacket to the office on cold days, but wear it Skiing as well. During my last ski trip the temperature stayed in the twenties with a single degree wind-chill and the Trilithium Jacket kept me warm and dry the whole day. The jacket's several internal pockets make accessibility to wallet/cellphone/iPod a breeze. The attached goggle cloth in the jackets sleeve pocket came in handy too. When it comes to cold weather versatility and reliability, the North Face Trilithium Triclimate is a must. Some consideration should be given to sizing however. I normally wear a Medium jacket (Im 56 150lbs), but the jacket seems to be a bit oversized, so I had to exchange the medium I originally purchased for a small. Besides that, Im very satisfied with my purchase. It looks and works great!
