Comfortable Good and Traction Rugged
I use this shoe ONLY for mountain running. I do not wear them for work, casual, etc. I had to take back the first pair after 40 miles and one race. The soft heel cushion burst. The result of which was a lot of dirt and debris getting into the shoe. The exchange was smooth and I have not had any further problems. I suspect the heels will get upgraded in the next generation of the VST.

very comfortable
when i bought this shoe i was looking to lighten my load by going from boots to trail shoes. my day pack is around 10 pounds and these shoes worked great. i wore them on an AT trip, woody gap to neels gap. i never felt any rocks or debris under them and that was my main concern. extremely comfortable, in fact i have not taken them off. i have had no wear issues and i have been enjoying them for 3 weeks. the price and performance made this an excellent buy.

great shoes
i bought two pairs of shoes thinking i would choose the best one and only keep one. both are the same Vasque brand. they were both great and kept each one. very sturdy.

Well made, good construction and great feel.
A high quality shoe, no cardboard here, no disappointment. The insole is stitched to the sole and upper. Great price for this product.

I got these because I like my Vasque hiking boots so much, and they are just as nice ,at first I didn't think they had much cushion in the sole , but the thin and light sole is fine,it must be the new footbed. nice
