Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger drives the Ronn Motor Company Scorpion.

In our February issue, we published the first-ever test drive and review of the Ronn Scorpion (read it here), a sexy supercar powered by an innovative hydrogen-gasoline hybrid system. As a result, the innovative exotic can do 200 mph, and still get 40 miles to the gallon.

Turns out California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger read our piece and called Ronn in the hopes of test driving the Scorpion for himself. On March 10th, he stepped outside the Capitol building in Sacramento to find a Scorpion with its butterfly doors up, trucked in from Texas and waiting for him to take the driver’s seat.
