Chef Marcus Samuelsson is trying something new at the MGM National Harbor which his first-ever in-room dining program. For it, Samuelsson created a menu of his takes on American classics, ranging from chicken and waffles with pickled daikon and barrel-aged maple to blackened catfish with brussels sprouts and honey mustard sauce to Virginia baked eggs with spicy tomato, grits, chorizo, and Thai basil.
