After playing basketball through college, Casanova picked up running, mountain biking, and strength workouts. Now he balances long runs with speed workouts while training with sandbags and TRX.

Weaknesses: He lacks to the speed to keep up with the fastest runners between obstacles. Casanova has also been fighting off Achilles tendon injuries the past eight months.
