“The stink can come from three areas,” says Dr. Jeff Werber, a California-based veterinarian who has taken care of many celebrity dogs — including the most recent Lassie. “It’s either coming from the mouth, skin, or anal glands.” If you can identify where your problem is originating, Werber says that you can usually get the issue under control fairly easily.
