Relaxing as time out on the water is, for most guys, it’s a goal-oriented sport, and finding the fish is the key to that success. “These apps, when I’m in a slump, allow me to go check out another area that’s maybe 50 to 200 miles away from me where someone else had success,” says David Osborne, a Virginia-based fishing guide.“Anglers, especially us pros who think we know everything about it, get stuck in patterns.
