3. Horseshoe HellGet More Info
A notoriously rowdy rock climbing festival, Horseshoe Hell is a five-day endurance test that’s full of camping, music, and late-night parties. The main event is a 24-hour competition where teams of two battle it out to climb the most routes. Good, old-fashioned fun for casual and elite climbers alike, everyone gets into it with crazy costumes, free haircut stations, and tattoo artists setting up shop. Don’t feel bad if you don’t win the competition… Alex Honnold showed up one year and you can probably guess how that went.
