We got a Big Green Egg a week ago and we’ve cooked every meal on it since. It’s the best meat I’ve ever had in my life. The thing works like a charm. Plus, you can smoke meat on it. It looks strange, but I don’t give a fuck. My new thing this fall is football, hockey, baseball playoffs, basketball, and cooking on the Big Green Egg. I’m totally into it.
