“The cast ate a lot of steak—so much steak,” MacPherson told Men’s Fitness with a laugh. “The four of us had meals scheduled at ten o’clock, two o’clock, four o’clock, and then another one later on. It was always either just salmon, rice, and vegetables, or chicken, rice, and vegetables, or steak, rice, and vegetables—all plain. You just stick with the process, trust the process. Any bodybuilder will tell you that. It’s going to be boring if you do chicken and broccoli for three months, but you’re gonna get abs [laughs].”Back to top
