The Movie Has an 80’s New York City Vibe

The movie is taking inspiration from Martin Scorsese’s The King of Comedy, which came out in 1982. As the Joker movie shoots in Brooklyn, it clearly is showing an 80’s New York City-vibe with the telephone booth and costumes that will be the style of this version of Gotham City.
