Chadwick Boseman got into fighting shape for both Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War in 2018. Boseman worked closely with personal trainer Addison Henderson up to four hours per day to get bigger. Henderson detailed Boseman’s workouts for us, including the chest/arms routine and shoulders/triceps routine he used for the film. Boseman also worked with expert martial artist Marrese Crump, who told Men’s Journal about using Capoeira and other techniques to create the fighting style for Black Panther.
