Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson
Okay, we know The Rock is always in shape. This isn’t exactly a “transformation,” but even Dwayne Johnson needs to train for his movie roles. For his new film, Hobbs & Shaw, Johnson worked on an 18-week training program and used a “disciplined diet” to get the mass and muscle he wanted to play Luke Hobbs. Johnson credits his trainer Dave Rienzi for helping him build the program (with strategic cheat meals, of course).
