Henry Cavill has played Superman multiple times, so he knows a thing or two about body transformations. This year, Cavill got back into heroic shape for his role as CIA agent August Walker in Mission: Impossible – Fallout. And he didn’t just transform his body, he grew a badass mustache to play the role. Cavill spoke with Men’s Journal about the exercises he used to get ripped, including front squats, power cleans, heavy rope training, back squats, and Jiu-Jitsu.
