Ryan Reynolds worked with his longtime trainer Don Saladino to get ripped (again) to play foul-mouthed, ass-kicking Deadpool in Deadpool 2. Saladino put Reynolds through a “huge bulking phase,” then focused on mobility and traditional movements. Saladino put together intense abs workouts for Reynolds that included cable crunches, leg raises, side planks, ab rolls, and landmines.
