Tom Hardy is no stranger to body transformations—working hard for films like Warrior, The Revenant, and The Dark Knight Rises. He did the same for his comic book movie Venom. And while Hardy got some help from CGI to transform into the antihero, he also did plenty of training himself. Hardy worked alongside MMA fighter Nathan Jones and trainer Mark Mene up to five days per week to prepare, using MMA, boxing, and Jiu-jitsu, as well as weightlifting and power workouts. Like his previous transformations, this one was intense.
