Believe it or not, it’s also high in protein, packing 9 grams into just two measly tablespoons. “Nutritional yeast tastes great sprinkled on popcorn, potatoes, or on greens such as sautéed kale,” says Kerry Bajaj, certified health coach at Eleven Eleven Wellness Center in New York City.
