The Rocky Mountain region offers one of the widest varieties of beers produced in the world, which was clearly on display at the Sierra Nevada Beer Camp festival stop in Denver, Colorado. From giant stouts to wine barrel–aged beers, to newer tart, sour, and funky brews, one common theme did start to emerge — it was all about the summer sunshine and big, bright flavors in the Mile High City.
