Brussels sprouts are also super low in calories, making them a slimming side dish to any meal. “I like to sauté Brussels sprouts in algae oil for a heart healthy dose of monounsaturated fats, and finish with shaved Parmesan and lemon juice for some bone-building calcium and added flavor,” she adds.
