Rotate it among chicken, fish, poultry, and plant-based protein sources like tofu and tempeh. And Choose lean cuts of red meat whenever possible, like flank steak, and aim to buy grass-fed varieties since they’re naturally leaner and lower in calories, Elkin adds.
