Brisket is generally always delicious, but we picture it as a winter comfort food – thick slabs of beef and gravy, often accompanied with sides such as buttery potatoes. It's the ideal body-warming, stick to your ribs meal on a cold night. Consequently, as summer rolls forward, experience tells us brisket won't be on the table.
But that doesn't have to be the case. There's lots of great ways to enjoy brisket during the summer.
