4. Protein pudding
- 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla whey protein powder
- 6 oz plain Greek yogurt
- 1-2 tsp water
Instructions: Mix protein powder and Greek yogurt. Add 1 to 2 tsp of water, as needed, to thin out the mixture.
