3. On a Tea Rock
- 1.5 oz Hennessy X.O.
- Rooibos tea bags
- Boil filtered water. Use 1 Rooibos tea bag per cup of water. Steep for 7 minutes.
- Let cool, then pour into large 2-inch ice cube trays to freeze.
- Serve your “tea rock” with Hennessy X.O. in a tumbler glass. Stir to ensure the cocktail is chilled throughout.
