15. Use a thermometer

Both he and Durney recommend using a digital meat thermometer, like the Tenergy Solis Digital Meat Thermometer, which has six probes to measure the temperature of the meat and the grill. And it’s Bluetooth-enabled, so you’ll get an alert if the fire isn’t hot enough.
