Grilled Corn with Tzatziki Crema
“This is one of my favorite summer pairings, especially when grilling. The tanginess of Tzatziki is a great compliment to sweet summer corn. I was just in Los Angeles where we’re opening restaurants this year and tasted some of the best sweet corn. It’s fun for me to experiment with how simple fresh produce can match up with my favorite Mediterranean flavors,” says Chef Dimitri Moshovitis of Cava Grill.
- 6-8 ears fresh sweet corn
- paprika and fresh parsley for serving
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Place corn on grill and cook, turning occasionally, until husk is lightly browned around the entire circumference. Allow to cool slightly and then carefully husk and remove silks.
- 1/2 cup Cava Tzatziki
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Whisk crema ingredients together.
- Plate corn and drizzle with crema, fresh chopped parsley, and a sprinkle of paprika.
