5. Jalisco Aguacate
- 1 1/2 oz Tequila Don Julio Blanco
- 1 oz fresh mango juice
- 1/5 oz fresh lime juice
- Half of an avocado
- 1 pinch Jacobsen Sea Salt
- Avocado slice and sea salt for garnish
Add half an avocado to a cocktail shaker, and gently muddle. Add Tequila Don Julio Blanco, lime juice, mango juice, and salt to the cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass, and garnish with a slice of avocado and flakes of sea salt.
