But that doesn’t mean you need to become a hermit and hibernate for the rest of winter, keeping a tight rotation from home to office to gym.
The answer is simple: mocktails.
“A well-crafted, non-alcoholic mocktail includes the drinker in the conviviality and the experience of drinking by delivering a cocktail made with care and quality ingredients that doesn’t contain alcohol,” says Aaron Polsky, bartender at Harvard & Stone in Los Angeles. “More and more people are taking time off from alcohol or taking a break between drinks with non-alcoholic cocktails,” says Polsky.
He’s so passionate about crafting mocktails he launched the world’s first non-alcoholic distilled spirit called Seedlip.
