Ingredients:
¾oz guava jam
¾oz lime juice
1oz ginger beer
1.5oz seltzer
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except seltzer, and shake. Single strain mixture into a rocks glass. Add seltzer, stir, and top with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
