4. Norisan Mocktail

8 mint leaves
20mL fresh passion fruit pulp with seeds
40mL pineapple puree
30mL orange juice
10mL simple syrup
Directions: Muddle mint, then add all other ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain, and pour into a highball glass with ice. Garnish with passion fruit and a mint sprig.
