- 1 ½ oz Jalapeño–infused El Tesoro Platinum
- 1 oz Fortaleza Reposado
- ¾ oz Cocchi Americano
- ¾ oz Fino Sherry
- 3 cucumber wheels (lightly muddled)
- 2 dashes saline solution
Muddle cucumber and saline in a shaker. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into a mixing glass, and stir. Fine strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with half Serrano chili with stem on.
