Dry Smoke Margarita
Mezcal and Spanish paprika combine smoky forces in this margarita that comes compliments of Clay Pigeon in Fort Worth, Texas.
1.5 oz Vida Mezcal
.5 oz dry curacao
1 oz lime juice
.5 oz orange juice
.75 oz agave
Sea salt (for the rim)
Smoked Spanish paprika (for the rim)
Rim the cocktail glass with sea salt and smoked Spanish paprika mixture. Combine margarita ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake. Pour over ice and garnish with a lime.
