The Instagram account behind Anthony Bourdain’s forthcoming Manhattan market has us all the more excited about the place that we previously only heard was supposed to be influenced in part by Blade Runner. What exactly that meant, we weren’t really sure. But now a clearer picture is emerging, and much to our relief, it doesn’t look like a (near) future dystopia like we’d previously envisioned.
Instead, the market, that’s slated to open in 2017, will feature over 100 stalls from vendors from all over the globe, as well as beloved American (by way of England) chefs like April Bloomfield, and will take its inspiration from a number of different markets from places like Hong Kong and Seoul.
