Makes 1 servings
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 3 cups diced pineapple
- 2 cups coconut water
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp coconut butter (optional)
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
How to make it
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
