  • 6 oz cremini mushrooms
  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz 93% lean ground beef
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 deli thin buns

Chop mushrooms into ¼" pieces. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp canola oil. Place mushrooms in pan and sauté for 3–5 minutes. Drain. Return mushrooms to pan, and season with salt and pepper.
