“Avocados are a great choice for every season! They are very versatile in cooking, are very healthy, and have a flavor that mixes well with so many other ingredients. They can also replace ingredients, such as mayonnaise, and give food that same rich texture and taste while being significantly healthier. This is helpful during the winter months when people tend to eat heavier to stay warm,” says Chef Julien Gremaud of Avocado Grill.
