Coco Mint Smoothie
Ingredients (serves 2)
- ½ cup coconut water
- 2 cups nondairy milk
- 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
- ¼ cup pitted dates, coarsely chopped
- ½ vanilla bean, scraped, or 1-teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup raw cacao powder
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1-teaspoon spirulina
