4 8-oz chicken breasts, diced into cubes
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup green pepper, diced
3 cups mushrooms, sliced
1 28-oz can diced tomatoes
1 14-oz can tomato sauce
1 4.5-oz can tomato paste
1. tsp basil
1. tsp oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
1) Coat a deep skillet with spray and place over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add chicken and cook 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through.
2) Add in remainingingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
