- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup couscous
- 1/4 cup currants
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
- Pinch of kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
How to make it
Stir in couscous.
In small saucepan, bring broth to a boil over high heat.
Add currants and almonds.
Remove from hear, cover, and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
