Cranberries are almost as essential to a Thanksgiving spread as turkey. But we’d understand if you were bored with the usual side of cranberry sauce—and if that’s the case, we have just the solution: a cranberry relish. By delicately balancing sweet and tart flavors, this relish is the perfect addition to a few slices of juicy turkey, creamy mashed potatoes, and all your other Thanksgiving favorites.
