Drambuie Collins Summer Cocktail

Always searching for a new way to booze it up on a hot summer day? Try this twist on a classic Tom Collins: substitute scotch whiskey for gin.

The sweet, golden Drambuie is brightened up by lemon and fresh mint, making for a refreshing cocktail.

Prep time

  • 1 lemon
  • 2 oz Drambuie
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 4 oz soda

Cut lemon into wedges, then squeeze and drop half the lemon into a highball glass. 

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
