1. Cinnamon pumpkin smoothie
This smoothie is made from leftover pumpkin pie.
1 cup pumpkin pie, crust removed
½ cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
6 Tbsp 1% low-fat milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 ice cubes
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth—about 1 minute. Serve immediately.
