2. Apple walnut oatmeal
This oatmeal is made from leftover cranberry sauce.
½ cup quick-cooking oatmeal, uncooked
1 cup 1% low-fat milk
1 small apple, cored and chopped
2 Tbsp cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp walnuts, chopped
1. Place oatmeal, milk, and apple in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 1–1½ minutes on high. Stir in cranberry sauce. Top with walnuts.
